Well – I am finally compelled to break my Social Media radio silence. This first post is a long one, so I am appreciative of those who take the time to read it. If you can get all the way through it… there is nothing in it for you… other than my thanks which you already have. But let us see who does anyway!

First, I would like to thank everyone who called, emailed, texted, messaged, and even visited after my departure from my previous employer. I know I kept all of you in the dark as to what my next adventure would entail, however I promise I had a good reason!

So… after attending the amazing Climer School of Real Estate with instructor Andy Brown, and studying harder than I did while completing my Bachelors degree, I passed my Florida Real Estate Exam on the first attempt! (For those that are unaware, this test has a 54% fail rate on the first attempt, and a better than a 60% fail rate on the second attempt according to Pearson Vue statistics in 2014!). As of June 11, 2015, I am a licensed, active Florida Real Estate Sales Associate with Keller Williams Classic III – Clermont, Florida.

As many of you know, I am a relatively independent person, and would prefer to avoid asking for help. Unfortunately for my preferences, I would not eat if I continued down that path, so this is me, asking for everyone’s help. One of the, and very likely “THE” hardest part of real estate, especially in the beginning, is finding someone to help! That is where all of you come in. Please, take a moment to “Like” and Share my Real Estate Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/realtor.jdesimone/), and then if you know anyone, be it family, friends, neighbors, co-workers… even your nemesis (I promise to treat them horribly… kind of…) that has an interest in buying, selling, or investing in a home, cottage, condo, apartment, or duplex… simply put, any type of real estate, I would greatly appreciate it if you would provide them my contact information and send them my way.

I am new, however I have the entire team at Keller Williams Classic III – Clermont, along with their knowledge helping and supporting me. Anyone you refer will benefit from all of my enthusiasm and hard work (except maybe your nemesis). Many of you know how dedicated I am, how hard I work, and how much I strive to provide help and service to guests and customers. I simply need your help to get in touch with those that are in need of my assistance. Can you help me, please?
